Q. I am a chiropractor, can I order online?
A. We're working quickly to set up our online store for chiropractors, too. Right now, however, we are only able to take retail-priced orders from patients online. If you'd like to be notified once by email when the online store for DCs is ready for business, send a blank email to notifyme@harrisonchirosupply.com. Q. I am not a chiropractor... how can I order?
A. For our customers who are patients, or for other individuals who are not licensed chiropractors, we invite you to place your order on our secure website. Please click here to visit our online catalog for patients. [top]

Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. Harrison Chiropractic Supply is very happy to serve our customers who reside outside the United States. Please call us at 253.735.5139 or email us at mail@harrisonchirosupply.com for more information. International orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee for document preparation.[top]

Q. I called, and no one answered the phone. Can I leave my order on your voicemail?
A. We answer the phone on weekdays between 9am and 1pm Pacific Time, but if we happen to miss your call, please feel free to leave your order on our voicemail. We will process your order on the next business day, and we will call you back promptly if we need any further information regarding your order. [top]

Q. Can I order by email?
A. Email messages are not encrypted. Because of this, we ask that you do not send credit card information by email. However, if you have ordered in the past and your credit card information is already on file with us, you may place your order by email at orders@harrisonchirosupply.com. If you choose this ordering method, please do not include any information about your credit card! If we need to contact you regarding your order, we will email you back or call at the telephone number we have on file for your account. [top]

Q. I want the same thing that I ordered last time, but I don't remember what it's called. Now what?
A. If you placed the order within the last two fiscal years, we may be able to check your order history in our database to find out what you ordered. However, if possible, please try to locate the item in our catalog. [top]

Q. How do I receive a volume discount?

Q. How long will my order take to get to me?
A. For domestic orders, shipping times vary by 'zone'. UPS provides an online tool to help you calculate the shipping time of your order. To use this tool, enter 98092 as the 'Ship From' ZIP code, enter your location, and select Time-In-Transit Only under 'Quote Type'. Click here to go to this tool. [top]

Q. What shipping service do you use?
A. Harrison Chiropractic Supply uses UPS for domestic orders. On international orders, we attempt to choose the shipping service that is most economical for you. Our customers who are chiropractors always pay only the exact shipping charges, with no handling fee! Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping charges for chiropractors are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Chiropractors always only pay the exact shipping charges, with no handling fee when shipping to locations within the United States. Because we do business this way, we may not be able to provide a shipping charge amount until we process and package your order. If you order online after normal business hours, this means your credit card will not be charged until the order is packaged on the next business day. [top]

Q. Why are shipping prices different when I order online instead of by phone?
A. When you order online, our shopping cart software automatically adds a $5.00 handling charge to the total of your order. If you are a chiropractor, this charge will be removed before your order is processed and your credit card is charged. After we package your order, we will calculate the exact shipping cost and charge your credit card only this amount. You will be notified of your order total by email. When all is said and done, the shipping price of your order should be exactly the same, whether you choose to order by phone or online. If you are not a chiropractor, our shopping cart software will calculate your shipping charges and order total automatically. [top]

Q. My clinic is in Auburn, WA or very close to it... do you have to ship my order?
A. If you are located near our office, you may schedule a pick-up in order to save on shipping costs. Please let us know of your intention when you place the order, and we will help you schedule a time when you can come to pick up your merchandise. [top]

Q. Why does my browser warn me, when I am in the online store, that the domain name on the security certificate is www15.secure-website.net?
A. At certain points in our online store, your web browser may display a message about the security certificate of our website, saying that the site name doesn't match the name on the certificate. Don't worry, this is not a valid security concern. The name on the certificate, www15.secure-website.net, is provided by our website hosting company for us to transmit information securely on our website. Your credit card number and other private information will be encrypted in transfer. If this message is displayed by your browser, you may click "OK" or "Yes." [top]

Q. Is it safe to order online?
A. At checkout, the shopping cart switches to secure mode. Look in your browser's address bar for an address beginning with https://, instead of the usual http:. This indicates that information transfered on the webpage you are viewing is encrypted. You can also look for an icon, usually in the lower left corner of your browser window, that looks like a padlock. This is a good sign, as well. When you place an order on harrisonchirosupply.com, your credit card information is always transmitted to us over a secure connection. After that, the number is split and stored in two separate, secure locations.
